Want to experience more confidence, resilience and motivation?
We tend to be excellent self-critics stirring up emotions of judgement, shame and guilt.
Draining our energy – fast. 😖
A common challenge I’ve seen in clients is self-acknowledgement.
Many of us do not acknowledge ourselves enough and, as a result, we miss out on opportunities to build our self-confidence.
I am not talking about bragging. I’m talking about noticing your strengths, shining a light on your positive attributes and acknowledging the small wins.
I see clients disregard these, deeming them to have no value.
We also tend to under appreciate the minor things we do successfully every day e.g., eating a healthy breakfast, making time to support a colleague who you know finds it hard to ask for help, putting your phone down and being present with a loved one.
If you want to experience more confidence, resilience and motivation
🌱Create and build a practice to praise yourself🌱
🧠This brain training/practice will:
🔸strengthen your ability to notice and acknowledge the good
🔹quieten and balance out the negative inner chatter
🔸shift your inner dialogue
🔹broaden and balance your perspective and regard for yourself
All of which primes you to feel more confident, more motivated and more resilient, as your general mood and outlook on life are elevated. 🚀🚀🚀
🧐What do you do to notice and capture the good things *you’ve* done in your day?
